Order Processing
Each timepiece is carefully prepared before shipment. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information when available.
Shipping Rates
We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States.
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:
United States: 3 to 7 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Customs processing times may vary and may result in delays beyond our control.
Shipping Delays
Hands On Time is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed while in transit.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@handsontime.art with clear photographs of the packaging and product so we may assist you promptly.
