Watch Care & Warranty

Watch Care

At Hands On Time, we are dedicated to offering high quality custom watches built to last. To ensure you get the most out of your watch and maintain its best performance, please follow these usage guidelines:

For instructions on how to adjust your watch bracelet size, click here.

Secure the crown and chronograph pushers properly: Make sure the crown and chronograph pushers are fully screwed in and correctly positioned. This helps keep the watch properly sealed and prevents moisture from entering.

Avoid submersion and extreme heat: Do not submerge your watch or expose it to very high temperatures. Because these pieces are hand assembled and custom made, sudden temperature changes or contact with water may cause condensation inside the watch, which could affect the clarity of the crystal and the function of the movement. Avoid contact with water.

Protect it from corrosive substances: Keep your watch away from corrosive liquids that could damage the metal or other components. If your watch does come into contact with such substances, gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth.

Schedule regular maintenance: Have your watch serviced periodically by a trusted watchmaker for cleaning and adjustment. This will help extend the life of your timepiece.

Store it properly: When not in use, keep your watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve its appearance and functionality.

Handle it with care: Avoid bumps and impacts that could damage the dial, crystal, or internal mechanisms. Always handle your watch carefully.

By following these guidelines, you can enjoy your Hands On Time watch for many years while preserving its elegance and precision. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Please note that failure to follow these recommendations may void the warranty and any associated coverage.
