Refund policy

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, without signs of wear, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@handsontime.art so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

European Union Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days of delivery without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty

All watches include a 2 year limited mechanical warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, improper water exposure, unauthorized modifications, or normal cosmetic wear.

If a covered defect is confirmed, the watch will be repaired or the movement replaced at our discretion.
